What You'll Need

2oz Sole Aperitivo

2 oz fresh cucumber juice

½ oz fennel syrup

2 oz tonic water

Thin cucumber ribbon & fennel fronds for garnish

Fill a glass with ice and add the Sole aperitivo, cucumber juice, and fennel syrup.
Stir gently and top with tonic water.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a few fennel fronds.
