  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, Fiore, Angostura bitters, and aquafaba.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to froth the aquafaba. Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for 20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.
  4. Lift the glass, releasing the thyme smoke. Strain the mocktail into the smoked glass.
