- In a cocktail stirrer or small bowl, mix the jam and lemon juice. Measure 0.75 oz of the jam-lemon mixture and add to mixing glass along with Fiore.
- In a small bowl, add heavy cream and vanilla bean paste. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
- Add ice to a mixing glass and stir with ice until well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a glass. Top with vanilla cream, sip, and enjoy!
